Common questions

Yes. Care plans are month to month with no lock-in contract. If you cancel, your site keeps everything that’s already been done, you just stop getting the monthly attention.

Anything that takes me under half an hour, a broken link, a text change, a misbehaving plugin, a layout nudge. Bigger jobs get quoted first, and care plan clients go to the front of the queue.

Yes, after a quick audit so I know what I’m taking on. If the site needs stabilising first, that’s a one-off rescue, then the care plan keeps it healthy.

Monitoring alerts me, usually within minutes. Most outages are resolved before anyone emails to ask about them.

You can, until an update breaks the checkout on a Friday night. I keep backups from immediately before each one, and know what to roll back when something misbehaves.
