Rescues start at a known number. Rebuilds vary too much to guess at, so they’re scoped and quoted after the audit, and the quote is the number you pay. All prices exclude GST.

Common questions

Yes. Malware cleanup, closing the hole it came through, and hardening so it doesn’t happen twice. If the damage runs deeper than a cleanup can reach, I’ll tell you before recommending a rebuild.

Not if it’s done properly. Content, URLs and redirects are mapped before the move, and search engines are told where everything went. Rankings survive migrations that are planned, not rushed.

Happens more than you’d think. I’ll audit what they left, recover what access I can, and get the site under control, then you decide whether it needs a rescue or a rebuild.

The audit answers that honestly. If the foundations are sound, a rescue puts things right for a lot less. If every fix would be a patch on a patch, a rebuild is cheaper in the long run, and I’ll show you the numbers either way.

Most rescues are stabilised inside a week. Genuine emergencies, site down, active hack, get looked at as soon as possible.
